Roof Inspections

Free inspections for every Southwest Missouri homeowner. We climb up, document everything with photos, and give you a full Roof Condition Report before we leave. No charge, no pressure.
What We Inspect
Storm Damage Inspections
Missouri storms are brutal on roofs. High winds, hail, and heavy rain cause damage you can’t always see from the ground. We document every hit, crack, and tear with photos and detailed reports. If you’re filing an insurance claim, this documentation is critical to getting approved.
Hail Damage Assessments
Hail damage isn’t always obvious. Bruised shingles, cracked granules, and dented flashing add up fast and shorten your roof’s lifespan. We know exactly what insurance adjusters look for and document every impact. Most homeowners don’t realize they have hail damage until we show them the evidence.
Wind Damage Inspections
Strong winds lift or rip off shingles, tear flashing, and leave your roof vulnerable to leaks. We document missing or damaged shingles, exposed underlayment, and torn edges — and identify any secondary damage that happened when your roof got compromised.
Insurance Inspections
Insurance companies require proper documentation before they’ll approve a claim. We know exactly what adjusters need to see and how to present it. We photograph every damaged area, measure impact zones, and create reports that hold up through the claims process.
Why a Professional Inspection Matters
- Catches problems before they become expensive replacements. Small issues found early are far cheaper to fix.
- Documents storm damage for insurance claims. Proper documentation is the difference between a full payout and a denied claim.
- Identifies damage you can’t see from the ground. Bruised shingles, lifted flashing, and failing seals are invisible without getting on the roof.
- Gives you an accurate Roof Condition Report with photos. Know exactly what you’re dealing with before making any decisions.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a roof inspection cost?
Nothing. Every inspection is completely free.
How long does an inspection take?
About 30–45 minutes. You’ll have a full written report with photos before we leave.
Do I need to be home during the inspection?
It helps, but it’s not required. We’ll send you the report and walk you through the findings over the phone if needed.
What if my roof looks fine from the ground?
Ground-level checks miss most serious damage. Hail bruising, cracked flashing, and failed pipe boot seals are only visible from the roof. Don’t assume no visible damage means no damage.
