Is the roof inspection actually free?
Yes. Every Roov inspection is free, on-site, with no obligation. You'll leave the conversation with a Roof Condition Report whether you decide to work with us or not.
What does the Roof Condition Report include?
Date-stamped photos of every plane, valley, and flashing. Severity ratings (low / moderate / severe) for any findings. A recommended path: monitor, repair, claim, or replace. Our materials and labor estimate if a fix is needed. The full report is delivered as a single PDF within 24 hours.
Will you walk on my roof or just look from the ground?
We always physically walk the roof unless it's unsafe to do so (severe pitch, ice, structural concern). Drone-only inspections miss too much. The whole point is documenting what an adjuster's going to look for.
How long does the inspection take?
30–45 minutes on a typical 25-square home. Bigger or more complex roofs may take an hour. We don't rush, and we don't pad the time.
What if you find nothing wrong?
Then we tell you. "Your roof is fine, here's when to look at it again." We'd rather get a referral from a happy homeowner with a healthy roof than push a job that doesn't need doing.
Will you meet with my insurance adjuster?
If a claim is the right path, yes. We coordinate the adjuster meeting, walk the roof together, and make sure every line item gets documented. We've done this hundreds of times.
